Drove 2 1/2 hours to get to this location, online said they was opened on saturday and so did the sign on the door. Many people was waiting outside until about 10am and we all left because they never unlocked the doors.

Well....can't speak to a real person on the phone. Rude service. Not sure I got the Real ID that I specifically asked for....more than once.

No. The passport must be unexpired. as long as you have the correct documents the fee will only be the cost of your renewal or the cost for a change on the license, and no additional fee for the star
