I would not recommend this facility for rehab or long term care. My family member was sent here post hip replacement. They would never got him out of bed. It was a constant battle with nurses, PT, and NP to get him up daily. PT said if he declined PT 3x, insurance stops paying. However, because they would not get him out of bed, he never completely emptied his bladder and kept fighting UTIs. Because he was fighting an infection he would get altered or say he was too weak to get up and PT would leave. We would ask the nurses questions regarding his care and the nurse would say they'd ask the doctor and get back with us. This never happened. We finally found the provider who stated they never knew we had questions. We had concerns about aspiration and they were disregarded. The nurses said "he has no problem eating junk". When we would ask the nurse questions, it was always an inconvenience and who were we to ask them. He originally had his hip replaced and COVID- 10 months prior and was able to leave a different facility and go home. The hip did not heal and needed repeated. But this time, he didn't get to go home. He is now gone forever and that is Village Place's fault for lack of care, lack of concern! Pure negligence!

The receptionist and staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in the wrong wing and staff members helped me find my friend's room. The whole complex, inside and out was very clean. Coffee and water in the lobby was their for visitors convenience and much appreciated. It is a place I would choose for myself or a family member.

Last month my grandfather was admitted to village place becauss of a fall he sustained at home. I just wanted to give kudos to the staff for making this transition a smooth one. The nurses on the floor and the supervisor on the short term side were so helpful with our questions and concerns and always made us feel like my grandfather was always safe and taken care of. We knew we could leave him here at night without worrying. The young administrator at the front was always pleasant and always greeted us when we were visiting. Therapy department was so attentive and patient with him while he grew stronger, it meant the world to us. The care at village place allowed my grandfather to return home safe and my family is very thankful.

This place was terrible, they treat your loved one in pee, they don't treat your loved one w/ kindness, the center keeps all the patients druged , they don't change the bedding, they are abusive and threw baby wipes in my grand father face, they won't tell what meds. they give your loved one so you basically have no clue? All they want is to keep them there for the money and the place is very dirty it was an aweful experience, we had to remove my grandfather so they could not kill him! Don't trust any of the staff they all lie and are very strange!
