As someone who has worked here over the course of 3 months I felt like it was time to say something about this facility. My first shift here was the overnight 11pm-730am and “Marva” was the most helpful and kind CNA. I am forever grateful for her and she continues to help me when ever I pick up a shift there on the overnight. Her kindness is so genuine. Mind you I also work through an agency company. Marva didn’t HAVE to help me, but I witness her constantly helping everyone. She’s one of the most selfless CNA’s I’ve ever met and I’ve been doing this for 13 years now. :) I’ve also worked the 3-11 shift and have met some of the most incredible nurses. “Lisa” was without a doubt one of the most patient nurses I’ve ever met and she truly had a way with her patients. I hope I’m half the nurse she is when I’m done with school in two years. And of course....The residents who reside in this facility. I have met some of the most phenomenal men and women over the course of three months and I absolutely LOVE hearing their stories. I find so much joy in coming to this facility. Anyway, I think this place is incredible. The employees are incredible and so are the residents. I see so many people complain about places and people so often, I wanted to take the time to praise this place because I truly think everyone here is wonderful. Have a good day everyone!

Working in there was an adventure to say the least. Very toxic, unprofessional, and negative. Management encourages or allows snitches, gossip, favorites or favoritism. If you can't or don't fit in any of the clicks there you are a wasting your time.

Step father lives here.He has dementia.Came to visit him, he had a week's worth of growth on his face. His eyes were and still are pushing infected(oh nursing cleans them out with baby shampoo) ??Says that is protocol. He smelled of dirty greasy body and had feces all in his brief.Staff says oh we try and try again to clean him I insisted they take him to his room and get him cleaned up!Staff refused to shower him except for one kind young woman I believe her name was Robin? I had to give him a shower with her help. Not what I intended to be doing in dress clothes My mom shaved him and In cut his hair He has had a rash since before ThanjThanksg.Patient tech says the reason he has a rash is because he is dirty !! I have taken pictures of all this and now looking into neglect charges.

I was finally was able to visit my grandma after five years of her being in this location. I wasn't sure what to expect, however I left my visit with such joy. This is the cleanest, nicest location, with some of the most compassionate staff. I left Florida so thankful ♥️
