From the moment we stepped foot into the jewelry workshop we were welcomed with great customer service and outstanding knowledge. After visiting some of the larger jewelers in the area and receiving the "SALESMAN" approach we were pleased to find a company that is both friendly and honest. My husband and I decided to do things differently for my wedding band, Coming from a design field I had always dreamed of taking part in designing my forever ring. The experience we had here was nothing but the best. I was able to share photos and ideas of what I was looking for and in turn Adam turned my dream ring into a 3D image and mold that allowed us to visually see what my ring would look like. This also gave me the opportunity to make the changes to my ring before it was finalized.  The communication from start to finish was more than we could have hoped for. I have since recommended the jewelry workshop to coworkers, friends and family and will continue to do so years too come.

Adam at The Jewelry Workshop is our family jeweler and is absolutely awesome! Adam was rude to me today. I brought in the same ring from last year that he offered me $300; today he throws it on his scale and says $120.00 . I was put off by his demeanor and abrupt behavior. Sorry; I walked out. Of course he didn't remember me or the ring. He told me last year the diamonds 1/2 carat princess cut were excellent quality and I could get $600 if i sold it myself. He didn't even look at the ring at all or the quality of the diamonds.

I brought in a full eternity band with beautiful U-shaped prongs I had ordered custom from another jeweler. It arrived, 3 weeks before I needed to wear it for my wedding and entirely too big! I took it to the jewelry workshop and in just 3 days they were able to split my eternity design into two 7-stone bands and create a beautiful stack to compliment my engagement ring! I am so happy with my new pieces that fit snug and comfortable, and relieved they could help me with plenty of time before the wedding without compromising the things I loved about my original ring.
