I developed claustrophobia during my time in the Marine Corps and i have avoided these procedures because of it. Luckily for me, technology has made my life so much less stressful. It's wonderful to be able to sit or stand for a MRI! The process is quick, the staff efficient and the wait time is negligible.

Staff very friendly! First time in, so had to complete paperwork but only took few minutes. There was no waiting. Did preliminary paperwork and then was immediately taken in to x-ray. Actually left 5 minutes BEFORE my actual appointment time. GREAT 😃👍

I called to schedule an ultrasound and chest X-ray. Very professional. I had asked if I can bring my toddler with me. The receptionist (Mary) stated that she did not know if the Boot Ranch location would allow it. She would put it in the notes. 2 hours later, Mary called me back to inform me that she had heard back from the location and they were fine with me bringing my toddler. Amazing customer service, thank you Mary for taking the time to follow up with that. The Ultrasound tech and Chest X-ray Tech were so sweet and professional. I definitely recommend Akumin and will continue to go there!!

The staff was amazingly friendly. I was in a fenderbender on my way to the appointment and the appointment department bent over backwards to get me in same day at a different location. When I arrived the person checking me in a was so friendly and even got me some water to help me out. Rachel was my technician at the Boot Ranch location and she was amazing. She immediately put me at ease, and had me in and out in no time! You just don't see sevice like this anymore. I highly recommend them to anyone needing imaging services.
