This was my second time visit the shop. Both times it was just for repairs. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Aleigh (love that name!) assisted me with my multiple broken items, which included an heirloom pendant from my grandmother and a pair of Tiffany's pearl earrings. She was patient and thorough even though I got there right at closing time! I just picked up my treasures last night and the repairs are perfect! I am going back Saturday to get a new chain for the pendant!

If they don’t have what you want, they can order it for you right away. I’ve been looking all over for a certain chain and they had it with a reasonable price.
