You are supposed to be a walk-in clinic... When did you start using appointments? I spent 1 hour more at the hospital ED before I left. Where is emergency care in CT? This is not a model operation.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and my son was cared for immediately and by such great doctors and nurses. He made a full 360 after care and we left feeling secure our baby was okay. Thank you!!!

This was the closest Urgent Care Office to me. I feel like they are overwhelmed with work so I self diagnosed myself! I was seen but only God knows what was going on with me. They will get paid by my insurance company but I feel they shouldn't submit the paperwork for seeing me. They didn't help me at all. Lab reports never came back, if they were ever submitted. I don't know.
