I can't recommend the Happy Cat Hotel enough. I was worried about needing to board one of our cats when we went away for vacation but the fact he would get a whole room to himself sold me on the Happy Cat. Then interacting with the staff put me entirely at ease. Our cat is extremely shy but requires regular medication and is on a special diet so he needs daily attention. The staff went above and beyond to create various forts for him to feel comfortable hiding in, and even let him out to look out the front window one day when he was seeming especially brave. We got daily updates with pictures so I knew that our cat was being well taken care of. I'm relieved to know there's such a great facility for us to send our cat if we ever need to again in the future!

We have been l happy with the Happy Cat Hotels. The hotel rooms are clean and the staff very friendly each time we visited. We've always felt our cat was well taken care of. Ritz Carlton for cats!

I have a 16 year old long haired cat that I took in for a grooming and to get her toe nails trimmed. They treated her like the little lady she is. Both of her groomers were very gentle with her and asked me several questions about her. They don't rush you to push your furbaby through so they can groom another. .When I came to pick her up she was waiting for me and absolutely beautiful. All of her mats had been shaved off and her fur was gleeming. I'm very happy with the way she looks and how calm they were with her. We'll be back for more visits 😺
