Beware of the extremely stringent return policy, you only have a week even with receipts. Makes it very hard for gifts and there’s no exceptions. I found some of the sales girls were kind but the manager was pretty rude.

I bought my girlfriend a ring at the store and ensured that if it did not fit that I could get my money back or order another one. The ring did not fit and I ended up purchasing another ring at another store in the same week. I then brought the ring that I purchased at Anna’s in to get my refund and the manager and owners both declined to give me a refund for my money after 2 trips of going to the store. The owners Husband stated he was in store and that they told me I only had 7 days to get my money back. The owner was not in the store at the time and I was not told this as I made it very clear to the person working that if the ring did not fit I needed to get my money back. I also brought the ring in 9 days after I purchased it because my girlfriend lives 3 hours away at the time and did not have time during the week to surprise her with the ring. I made this very clear to the managers and the owners of the store. They still refused to give me a refund for the ring. I am now out almost $200 because of Anna’s. Several of the staff had very rude things to say. I would not recommend shopping at Anna’s unless you support a business that will not give a 18 year old his money back

Husband spent $145 here this week for my birthday gift, no one informed or asked him if he was a pandora member (we are), we were due for a members exclusive jewelry box if you spend over $130 in store or online. Funny how companies don't want to help loyal reaccuring customers save money or get the most out of their shopping experience. Really bummed out and feel cheated out of.
