I went to the clinic to get a pap done, and reception staff were so nice and welcoming. Doctor Brody was great too! He made the inevitably awkward experience enjoyable, and made sure to answer any and all my questions with a smile. 10/10 recommend :)

First of all i want to start out by saying , Im giving them 10 stars! While making my appointment I was told that they did not book up so that they could give you an appointment that best fits your schedule. During my appointment it was VERY busy but i was being patient due to the fact that i was told that i would be there 2 to 4 hrs. Understood. But I was so very disappointed to see and hear several patients complaining about the wait and one complaining about her financial assistance wasn't enough for her. They dont owe you anything! Ppl need to learn to appreciate what IS done for them! They dont owe you anything! You have no right to go into a facility that is there to help you and be rude or sit there and complain about ANYTHING! They did not put you in the situation your in. The staff was working as hard as they could to make sure your needs are meet. So for the rude and unappreciative patients im giving you "0" stars! I waant to thank the staff and Dr. for making me feel at ease with my desion to render their services. They were very understanding and through in explaining what was to be expected. They made me feel very comfortable , the clinic was very clean , and the doctor was a very sweet man that made me feel like i was in good hands. It was nothing like ppl make abortion clinics out to be. They are real ppl that truly care. I would give 10 stars if I could! I highly recomend LWHC .!
