My wife and I just spent a month at Woodall's. First let me say we enjoyed our stay there very much. The manager and the staff were very professional and helpful. The residents were all very friendly and welcomed us into the community. There are a variety of things to do almost everyday of the week. I would recommend this park to anyone. My wife and I are wanting to go back next year for 2 months. Sadly at this point there are no available spots to reserve. We’re hoping for a cancelation and a opportunity to get back in.

Things have went down hill in this park it's in a very bad part of town and here lately there has been theft and drug activity in the park its just not a safe place to be I can not recommend this park . A lot of the residents have had to put up cameras and install security systems and the owners and managers do nothing about the problem. This park needs night time security if they want to keep people here !

I love the combination of RVs and mobile homes. We've met some of the nicest people. They have lots of activities such as line dancing, quilting, cards, bingo, concerts, shuffle board, luncheons, bowling, potlucks and more. The heated pool is an added bonus. The park is neat, clean and well maintained.

Now Under New Management selling a variety of mobile homes, yes this is true cost is $1. Come in and talk with our new management., we have some fixer uppers all the way to completely furnished mobile home all you have to do is bring your toothbrush and a smile

All depends upon number of months you wiil be there. One, three or more than five. Rates go down the longer you stay. It is a 55+ park. Children not allowed except for 14 day visit. 100+ seasonable RV spots and 200+ park models.
