Office staffs okay, if you like buildings that get up to 85 degrees this is the place for you. If you need emergency maintenance forget it, fix it yourself. If you love annoying neighbors who slam on everything throughout the evening definitely the place for you. Not worth the monthly rent when the upstairs of the buildings are unliveable.

The staff is very personable and caring. There a lot of families with kids , but the community is relatively quiet. The apartments are old, but whenever we have an issue, maintenance is sure to address it very quickly. I do wish we could pay the rent via check online.

Just understand these apartments are old. If you have high electrical needs, this is not the place. Our unit flooded in the basement 3 times in the first year. The a/c is ancient & terrible & goes out twice per summer & we have to pay for a hotel. They will not replace my front door or a/c. The windows do not open. The pool is never ready on time. People don't watch their kids. They're just everywhere playing in traffic, leaving bikes in parking spots, scratching cars & terrorizing the feral cats with no supervision. Our porch is moldy & falling in so we can't use it. No one cares. Our sump pump ,which only we have since no one knows why our basement flooded , runs constantly & we pay for that. The laundry room is full of mold & spiders. The cabinet doors in the kitchen come off the hinges & hit me in the head periodically. Carpenter bees are constantly grinding into the roof. The fuses will pop randomly & we come home to an oven or an ice box. Don't think about making coffee & toast at the same time. The staff. They do their best. It's the parent company, Dragoo & Associates that tie their hands. I know the staff does as much as they can but are ultimately taking orders from a large company. It's fairly inexpensive in comparison to other places in the area. We are living here while we build & I cannot wait to have real a/c.

Submitting an application was the absolute biggest waste of my time and money. I should have stayed away after reading previous reviews but I still decided to give them a chance. In summary, my application was denied today (April 11th, 2018) because of "a couple more than two" late payments in a year. My credit score is damn near a 700 and I make plenty of money to afford the rent. Everything happens for reason so I'm sure another complex will be more than happy to accept me. They could have easily given me a higher deposit and I would have happily paid it. This place is trash and not worth the requirements they are asking for. Update: Literally one day after Blendon Square denied my application, I was just approved for an apartment in Worthington! Just proves that Blendon Square denied my application for a bogus reason.
