If I could give this place a 0 I would… DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE… absolutely BAD BUSINESS!!! I paid cash for a car and the 45 day tags are about to expire and they refused to fix their ERROR!! I tried calling no answer. Was forced to drive to that lot to be told that they sent my title two days ago with my tags expiring in two days….. then the manager has the nerve to tell me to go to the post office and see if they can track my title?!?! WHO DOES THAT!!! And refused to issue me a new 10 day tag, just to make sure that I wouldn’t be driving with expired tags!!! Had the audacity to tell me that would be illegal?!?! THE LIES!!! I personally have had dealerships that had issues with getting the title transferred issue out a 10 day tag or another 30 day tag to make sure we weren’t driving illegally!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANY!!! They have signs all over the office stating to not give money to anyone other then the accountant…. But I’ve never seen the account during the weekday or over the weekend. The Manager took the money… just disgusted with this business.

Great city cars are absolutely horrible!!!! ANYONE who has written a good review on them were bribed to do so by the salesman the same as I was in return to have money taking off the full price of the car only at the end to be charge that extra money for the last car payment. The car they sold me was a lemon and they take advantage of people like myself who was in desperate need of some honest help being a lady had hit me head on and totaled my car so with not much money to spend I found myself there. They robbed me basically for a 06 Sonata in the end played close to $5000 dollars for a 06 that they knew at the point of sale had a bad valve cover gasket, coils, and spark plugs. All of that together I was told would be a $1,465 dollar fix recently. I’m glad the car has ran as long as it did but they most definitely are cons and don’t deserve any kind of business and they are highly unprofessional! Worse place I could have ever went to in my life for a car but I had no choice because of my situation! Don’t let a desperate situation in your life take you here. I’m sure there are better places than this! Not great city Cars. They should be called Worst City Cars.

This is a low income or poor person dealership without credit check and no proof of income. Not having enough for a proper down payment or having the right documents for processing. So you cannot trip on their business practices. This is a non traditional dealership with non traditional customers.
If you need to speak with finance or accounting you have to leave a message with your name and number and they will call you back. Sales answers when they can or aren't with costumers. Sales can't help with any payments. If your 10 days late they can repo anytime. They do NOT like to repo unless they have to. It's more work and they have to pay to get it picked up. They would prefer to work with you. I have a great car from them that I got at a good price. Just be smart about what you buy and make your payment.
They have cars for $300 down and up all you need is a valid id and your down payment of $300 or whatever you decided . 300 is the minimum ask for tyreek hes the best , honest and genuine he will NOT try to sell you a bad car
