Ordered dinner and iced coffee tonight for quick pick up. The order was ready, hot and correct! Iced Vanilla Latte was 👍 Ready to quickly pick up on display shelf. They recognized my birthday month with a pastry. Got a blueberry muffin for tomorrow's breakfast. Looks yummy too. Quick, accurate, and delicious

The young girl behind the counter waited until I got there to tell me that my online order( that I already paid for and it was completed online ahead of time) was out of stock of the main course. She said " you can pick something else," I wanted my money back at least, but she wouldn't comply. Sad service. Never had a problem until this craptastic location!!!

People behind counter complain about there jobs way too much. They complain about food people order and question why a customer ordered soup at 10:30am not knowing if customer is ordering for a patient who is sick and unable to get out due to pandemic. The workers need to be mindful of their choice words because they may not know who is listening.

The quick self order tablets are convenient! I ordered the French onion soup and it was thick and warm. It’s what you would expect from a chain (consistently good, sometimes crowded, free Wi-Fi). The subscription coffee is a game changer and I’ll be here more often to get work done.
