I absolutely love living here! Its a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I love the scenery especially by the clubhouse/office. I'm in a renovated unit and it's so modern. Staff is great! I would definitely recommend Stratford Chase to my family and friends.

Very disappointed in Stratford Chase. If you’re a resident, you’ll know upon signing your lease, they promise to NEVER raise your rent. That’s the “family-owned” promise they make to you. They were so kind and we thought it was too good to be true. 3 years later…. It was. They sold out to a new place in the middle of a pandemic and a housing crisis. Cool. And, of course, they raised rent by 40% and didn’t plan to make any improvements to the already falling apart homes and community. Just another heartless apartment complex to add to the list. Very disappointed and planning our exit, as are several of the other neighborhood folks. Expect a mass exodus 🤷🏼‍♀️ Don’t move here.

I have been a resident at Stratford and Chase for almost 7 years now. During most of my stay here it has been great. Maintenance request were performed in a timely manner and management would leave us alone for the most part which I prefer. This all changed with the new owners. Maintenance is no longer being performed in a timely manner. They have introduced various new rules without consulting the residents that most my neighbors dislike. Many of these new rules are just ways for them to charge the residents more. They also jacked up the rent price because they need it to repair and improve. This has been the exact opposite of what has actually happened as everything is getting worse. I would look elsewhere until hopefully a new owner buys it for cheaper.

Lived here during the pandemic, not a bad experience overall but the management leaves a lot to be desired. If you call the rental office they likely won't answer, expect a call back next day. Extremely poor ending to this relationship: I gave my 30 days notice easy enough. In that time my credit card that was on file for reoccurring payments was compromised resulting in a new card being issued. This card was setup for reoccurring payments through this unnecessary middle man website (payyourrent.com) which charges you an extra $35 monthly fee to pay your rent online. Instead of giving me any notification (a call or email?) that my bank had denied the charge, Mike instead called 17 days into the month to let me know I was being issued a 72 hour eviction notice.. My lease ended 7 days after their eviction date (LOL??). I made the payment that same day, we will see if they try to put an eviction on my credit report. Positive: Maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner which were needed since my unit hadn't been renovated since 1990. Regardless how the eviction debacle is handled, I still wouldn't recommend this place to a friend. There are several nicer options in the Polaris area for around the same price.

All units are cat friendly, however they only have 5 buildings that are dog friendly. Definitely recommend the wait list if you have a dog asap. 40 lb. Weight limit, cannot be over 2 ft in height
