Transferred to this er from another er with the sole purpose of needing surgery and possibly a blood transfusion. Spent 2 hours laying in a bed with no help once I got there. Got completely ignored, treated horrible, and sent home while actively bleeding. Only to turn around and have emergency surgery at a different hospital the next day. Poor treatment, the sweet nurse was the only one who cares. Had she not checked on me I would of been alone in the er with just my husband to help me. Was there for 7 hours, with just a nurse helping me. Poor excuse of doctors who I didnβt even get to see the specialist( whole reason for being transferred by ems). Please consider a different er and hospital to go to.

I am very disappointed with my sonβs ER visit. From the ambulance trip to the doctor that was supposed to treat him. My son was treated with very little regard. No tests were performed. I was told that level of care that I requested was for TV. When released, I took my son to a medical center where he received the card that was required for his condition. The medical team was shocked to hear how my son treated. After this experience, I will never return.

Total lack of professionalism from the nursing staff.

Medical team in emergency is skilled and friendly. I knew I was in good hands and that makes the difference. Keep the good work up ππΎ
