The administration staff has a lot to be desired.one will tell you one thing and another will tell you something completely opposite.like others has posted, a lot of turnover in the caregivers employers . No outings planned for the memory patients. All they want is your money and ask no questions because you are not going to get a straight answer.

I have enjoyed creating programs at the Addison of Indian Trail. I love the residents and all of the fun we have together. Making friends and creating enrichment for our team of seniors.

My father was in this place. I live in PA and could not get there. I called for my father they said he was sleeping. I did not know that he was dying. So I tried to call back that after noon they told me he was sleeping. Ten minutes after that call I received a call to never call back again. My father died that night and I never got to tell him I loved him and to say goodbye. They robbed me of my chance to do so. I never forgive them for this. When I called to complain it was like oh well. Your loss not ours. This was and is unethical and so uncalled for. They have no respect for the families all they want is your money.
