I have a family member at Pruitt and I can't say anything bad about the place. We have had great nurses and aids who are attentive and compassionate. My aunt especially loves Rossie and Brooke. They come in and give her the time of day and make her feel that she matters. Everyone from the front desk girls to the kitchen people are friendly and helpful. We are please with Pruitt and can't imagine her being in another facility that cares so much.

Call you local ombudsman office. They will send someone from the state in without their knowledge and investigate your situation you are having. Had the same issues with Accordius Health. After the investigation 5 people were fired including the director. It's a shame we have no quality care facilities in monroe.

I had a wonderful experience there at Pruitt health Rehabilitation center. I had a terrible fall and went there for Rehabilitation. The therapy department could not have been any better. Sabrina, was amazing. Nursing care was excellent. Nurse manager Rossie was outstanding in her care and professionalism. Any issue I had she was there to listen and fix the issue immediately. The facilitie's housekeeping also perfom a fantastic job. The food could have been better but I don't have anything negative to say. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, Pruitt health is where I would definitely go back to.
