I was greeted & seen by a nice gentleman staff this evening [Bryan] who gave me patiently a tour to their facilities/rooms they rent for all occasions. They were nicely set up & very spacious. I trust my organization would approve.

Beautiful park. They just extended a new area and has a new dog park. Great for running, walking, dog friendly (on leash) and pretty views. Please keep it clean. Don’t litter and if you have a doggie pick up their poop. Thank you!

Looking for a park that has a dirt walking path and a pond area for both our RC boats/cars. This place popped up so my son and I decided to venture out on a Sunday afternoon and drive to this park. I must say for scenery, this is a beautiful park that cant be matched. We had such a great time walking around the park, plenty of friendly faces to greet you as you walk the endless paths around the park. We will certainly be back very soon.

This is phase 1 of the park. I loved the lake with the water fall which flowed to another lake. Plenty of birds, turtles and even a fish can be seen at this large park. There is a large children's playground, some park shelters and park tables spread around the park. I must return because I didn't see the entire park.

It is named after Magic Johnson
no you can't, its unhealthy because the water its contaminated with pollutants and chemicals
private events ask the park for more information
Mejor llamar al # de su sitio red y pregunte pidiendo alguien bilingüe
No skate park, but you can ride a bike or skate through the pathways
You dont need a reservation, the parking is free. There is a lot of space to park there . just dont park where they are doing construction.
Yes sure
Good question, when you want to occupy a certain area for an event in the park, it best to contact L A Parks and Recreations, to be aware of any restrictions or premits needed. I've been a resident in this area for 30 years. We've had family gatherings in this park without inquiring about permits, but there are posted signs regarding some restrictions and some warnings, that should be full read and followed, this is to keep your family safe. If you are a vendor, who wants to patronize the park, be aware there are restrictions. This is a great park for Families and Seniors alike. The Park has adequate parking, restrooms, 1-1/4 Walking Path, welcoming walkers, runners, bikecyclists, skaters. Great place to take pictures for all occasions.
From what I know you can fish, however it’s catch and release. California state law says, any person 16 years of age or older needs a valid fishing license for inland waters(Rivers/lakes). And for the pricing there are discounts for veterans and seniors. $50 for the year License.

I'd hope so
You do need a reservation to have a party.
Yes it is lots of room for dogs and also has a pond with ducks and geese
Update, they currently haven't opened that area for weddings and do not have a price point
There's no swimming but if you go in the lake make sure you know how to doggy paddle. Park lakes can be deceiving.
When i went there i didn't see any tennis courts, i only saw playground, lake a building and a parking lot
Yes
Hey jose, I've seen people take their RC boats and use them on the lake without any problems
No one says anything pretty lay back.but beware them geese are about to attack a mother@#%^
It has always been Erwin Magic Johnson Park..😃👍
I don't really fish but I always see quite a few people there fishing
NOT NOW THEY R REMODELING THE PARK
Yes they doing some renovation as well
remodeling
I see people fishing but they have (No fishing signs) all over.
I really dont think so.. I think you would have to rent a generator. Never seen a plug in.. Also consider El Dorado park... Less ghetto.
There are signs around the pond that say so. Do not eat fish from this water.
U do.. And its catch and release.. You can not!!! Take the fish nor eat it.. Not good.... And you must be 16 and older I believe...
I'm not sure. There is police supervision on the premises, that could be a question you can ask them
The problem will be liability insurance so normally government will not allow non-conforming use of public spaces.
Thats what i was asking my wife last time i visisted..
