While I like how it looks, I don’t like it that I can’t get near the water. Also there is no bathroom…no wonder my experience was disappointing, especially for a fancy place like silver lake.

Love this place! So nice to see tons of people hanging out, a lot of families and fun happening on the weekends. Super super chill place. Go hang, tan, bring your guitar and/or hammock.

Nice and quiet area. I really enjoy the trees and shrubbery forming a barrier between the street sounds and the park. I love dogs and have dogs, but it is supposed to be dog free (because the point of the meadow is to walk barefoot carefree,) so just be aware when walking. Bring an umbrella for shade or just a blanket to tan!

Great little park with large open field. Very well maintained with clean grounds. Peaceful relaxed vibe. Greats for families or to meet up with friends.

Yes, there are some benches.
There are plenty of signs saying not to bring dogs....but there are plenty of people there with dogs ignoring the signs so....
Not really you can walk around the lake only but is nice is about one hr.walk
No fishing in the reservoir. But generally anywhere you can fish in public you need a license.

Its an open park. The gates are around the water.
The Meadow is considered a "shoe-free" zone so dogs are only allowed on the path around the outside. The dog park/run is further south.
