Placed order at 6:15pm on 3/25/22 & was told 15-20 for carry out. Pulled up to location and asked for order. Was told another 25 min because it wasn't on the board yet. Left and came back 25 min later. Then was told it would be another 15 min. Asked for a discount and was told I could just cancel and get a refund. So I did. Then they couldn't give me a refund receipt and said oh well. Ran into a friend while in line and he was told when he called at 7:00pm it would be an hour. Then they told him at 7pm it would still be another 20 min.

To the gentleman tonight saving my butt, accidentally ordered from a different papa John's which I've never done just allowed the website to use my location. He made me a bigger pizza and paid for me, my nephews said it was the best!!! I owe you big time!!!

Papa John’s does a great job of being Papa Johns; solid quality pizza for a fair price and quick turn around. There are plenty of online deals available, ordering online is easy, accurate, and I opted to receive SMS texts on the status of my order which was done ahead of the estimated time. A wonderful dinner solution when you need something simple.

Placed on hold for far too long. I just moved into the area and after a long day of moving wanted to order from here because the papa johns over by my old place had great service and the pizza was great. I call into this place and nobody is answering the phone. I even tried to do an online order and it won’t let me.
