We ordered a small pep and sausage pizza, asked the size of the small and the girl didn’t understand what we were asking….they come small, med, and large. So we said we’ll take a small. She said it would be $7.99. When we picked up the pizza at the front desk of the hotel, it was a personal size! For 2 people who had been traveling all day and hadn’t had a meal! And, we were charged $11.07, not $7.99, on our credit card. And, it was delivered by door dash…..we weren’t told that…so, we still haven’t had a meal all day. We give up….going to bed.

The worst Donatos experience I have ever had. I actually grew up in Westerville with the guy whose parents started Donatos. I cant count how many times I've had this pizza. I ordered online tonight for a 10:30p drive thru window pick up. I waited 15 minutes in line, arrived at the window at 10:50p. I paid for pizza, then was told my order was not ready and to go back through the drive up line, which at that point the wait would have been 30 minutes. The young lady at the window was very rude. So I pulled around to the front to ask for a refund. Once again I was told to wait, 5 minutes later my money was returned to me by a special duty Columbus Police Officer, not that he was rude, but I didn't think that was in their job description. No apologies from staff or anything...... just completely unacceptable. Kyle if you actually read this or it gets to you or your sister. That store is a disgrace to what your family has built.

The Hot Chicken pizza was just like the picture online and it was delicious as well! Unfortunately, the sub was very lacking. Tasted fine but was practically hollow inside. Would definitely give them another try though.

Poor customer service, won't ever order from this place again. Poor food quality, this is how pizza arrived after waiting over a hour to get it, was only suppose to be 30 minute delivery. This was to a business at that. More a less was called a liar and told couldn't replace unless I came there. If I could have came there in the first place I wouldn't have asked for delivery.
