I ordered on line and didn't receive part of my order. Called the store they said they would resend them within 30 min. I have waited for another hour and still have not received what I ordered.

This was the pizza that was delivered to my house, just disrespectful. Then they tell my wife they can’t do a refund only a store credit and to order a new one it would take a hour! Who wants to wait another hour on top of the hour they just waited. Manager seemed upset Didn’t offer no extra pizza, wings, or anything like that. When I called they said they’d offer a refund so we’ll see in a couple days. Had to order from another location, never again.

I just ordered from them and they used Door Dash to deliver my order. the guy named Gary dropped half of my order and called me leaving a message saying it was unsalvageable and he was only bringing one of my pizzas. I called back to demand how to get a refund of my delivery charge, delivery tip and pizza charge. He gave me Door Dash's number saying they would refund me - but the order was placed through Donatos! I called and they left me on hold. Now I am out $7.51 for the pizza, $3.15. for the tip and $4.49 for the delivery charge. Not ordering from this location again.

We eat Donatos on a very regular basis. We moved so now this is our location. Every single time I’ve ordered from here my order has been incorrectly made or missing items. I’ve never asked for a refund.. only to have it made over or corrected. Tonight, I ordered and the same thing happened. Only this time they sent my order through door dash without my knowledge. An entire pizza was missing, the food was barely warm, and the sub was made incorrectly. I spent almost 10 minutes on the phone trying to tell the dasher how to get here as we literally sat on the porch and watched him keep passing our home trying to get him to slow down and stop. I called Donatos to bring the food back and have it corrected. I was told that because it was delivered through Door dash they couldn’t do anything. The guy that answered the phone asked me to hold on so I began talking to my spouse. Not about him or even being rude toward him but expressing my disdain about the delivery and how we had to go through this when we never even ordered through Door Dash… and he really attempted to tell me what I could and could not say to someone in my home. I explained to him that I was NOT speaking to him in case he felt that I was.. and even after that he told me what I could and could not say. I said to him again that I was speaking to someone else and not him and he ended the call. I called back and got a manager in which I believe was the same person I’d been talking to all along. Since coming over to this location I have experienced very poor customer service. I’ll more than likely never order here again.

I've never had any major issues with this particular location. If it was me I would stop ordering from them. Definition of insanity is to do the same thing repeatedly expecting a different outcome.
