Always made to order. Well I don’t know about the hot and ready but the pizzas I get are always hot. Haven’t had a bad experience here yet

Just picked up 2 hot and ready pizzas and they were well made and hot. Surprised cause the one on refugee in Pickerington never has hot and readys. Might have to start coming to this one more.

I just had an order delivered from this location. I am missing a whole pizza, the one I did get isn't done and the bread sticks are completely under cooked. Never again.

I attempted to call the store to place a food order and no one answered the 4 time I call. So I decided to drive there and get a couple hot and ready pizzas for lunch at work. The staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping the customers that where coming in. When it got to my turn there was nothing hot and ready so I decided to place a order for what I originally was gonna get and wait the time told(10-15 minutes) I walk back in 15 minutes later only to be told they believe one of my pizzas where given to some one and that they where remaking it. I was not compensated for there mistake or the time that was taken from me due to not answering the phone and giving my pizza to some one else. A 15 minutes trip turned in to a 45 minutes trip and I'm not doing that again
