I can’t tell how the service was. My daughters phone was very badly damaged and I was hoping to be able to at least be able to pull some very important pictures and videos off the phone before returning it. Her phone was not being backed up so this was critical. Scott, determined that the battery was receiving a charge so we ordered the screen, next day he put the new screen on and we were able to recover the data we wanted. The service was professional, honest and timely!! Can’t say enough good about this place!!

My LCD screen went out on my SAMSUNG NOTE 20 ULTRA. They relapaced the screen and took care if it quickly. It is literally like having a new phone again. They were very professional and trustworthy. This is the place for your cell phone repair needs.

Zagg sent me to thus store to have my replacement screen put on there was a small bubble Scott said it it didnt go away to bring it back well he put a sealent on it he said the who side came up a huge bubble and the was asmall chip at the top

I dropped my iPhone 5S in water yesterday. I put it in rice overnight only to find out that that option only applies to phones you can open. It still doesn't work. Can you do anything, and if so, how much do you charge?

We typically can, but it depends on the extent of the damage. We don't really know the extent until we open up the device and inspect the internal components. If the phone is beyond repair, we encourage you to browse our certified pre-owned phones for sale in-store. We carry a variety of phones by Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, and more!
