Spent 20 minutes in a long drive thru line, eventually everyone pulled off and when we pulled up to order we were told "itll be a while". We asked how long and were told "a while". Usually we dont have problems so maybe their computers were down or something? But they were very rude about and didnt say anything else so we just left.

worst food i’ve ever had. cashier looked like she beats her kids and smokes 6 packs a day. she made me repeat i wanted onion rings 3 times to give me fries. and my impossible whopper is cold spongy and smells like chemicals. they gave me a single half slice of onion and my bread is hard. they took like 15 minutes to give me this. i feel like they must of done something to it cause the cashier was rude.

This store is the absolute worst Burger King in a 20 mile radius from where I live. I don’t know why I decided to give them one more try. Stupid on my part. I’m not sure why they can’t get my pop right. Like ever! It’s wrong every time. The sandwiches are always just slopped together and the bacon is always burnt. Today they put our food in a torn bag. So yep, when my dasher brought the food, to the floor it went. If the employees don’t want to do their job and do it right then find a different job. I love Burger King but not this particular store. Just lost my business. While I’m at it, the employees need to check their bad attitudes at the door. Some of the rudest people in fast food.

Not the cleanest BK. :( Greasy floors throughout, even the bathrooms. Food scraps under the prep counter, not sure if they're there from today or months ago. I gave three stars because their fountain Coke is actually of decent strength. Ever gotten a fast-food Coke that was set to more seltzer than syrup, and it tastes all peppery? Not here. Well done on the syrup-to-seltzer ratio.

Sometimes These People are R Over worked and Unpaided..They Are Only Human
Well, they are not that obvious. Masks below the nose. It amazes me that people wear their mask below their nose. HUMANS BREATH THRU THEIR NOSE! Iam tired of people thinking because it is below their nose or on an ear or someplace on their body they are compliant. Didn't eat it. Same thing at Freddy's across the street. People making the food masks below their nose. People wearing their gloves to sweep the floor not changing. I am not going to single out Burger King because all these restraurants are the same...do not eat there. They wear the same gloves all day. They are not cleaning after each car. I seriously haven't gone out this was my 1st and 2nd at Freddy's and LAST. I wash my hands why can't they? So those are the lack of COVID practices I found.
In all honesty, you'll have to call them and ask. Cause they do at times, but other times they don't.
