So I made an appt with a new Hematologist. Parking was easy, check in was great, lab was great. Then I saw the Dr. I spent literally 45 minutes in his office. My bill was over 1000$π‘π€¬. For what! He didnβt even examine me. Then my blood counts were up and I needed a phlebotomy. He told me they would contact me. This was in September 2020. I havenβt heard a word from anyone. Seeing how I need phlebotomists when my blood count is high. I went back to my regular Dr at Roper Hematology. Got me right in, took the blood. All Iβm saying is very disappointing . MUSC OVERRATED!!! I need a refund

The doctors and techs are great, but the staff is not. I saw 5 women come in and out of this facility, well after I had already checked in, and I was left waiting for over an hour. The registration lady told me that another woman with an appointment 30 minutes after mine was taken back ahead of me and couldn't explain why. The entire experience is unpleasant enough, but to have been treated like this is 100% unacceptable. Now I have another "growth" that needs to be monitored, and I have no idea where else to go to receive the great treatment Hollings provides but not deal with the incompetence of their staff.

The doctors and staff are awesome. I'm not really crazy about hospitals, but I felt at ease here. Keep up the great work. π
