We were in rooms 335 and 333. The rooms are not in good condition. Sink faucet is loose in 335. Paint looked in poor condition. The staff was nice. The manager was not nice. We will stay somewhere else. We are long time Marriott folks. This one is average at best.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The original hotel we booked had overbooked, so they sent us to Courtyard. It was extremely clean and very nice. We were in town for a soccer tournament, so we didn’t get to the hotel until late. My son was happy they switched us and loved the Courtyard.

The lobby is nice. The room and hallways need to be remodeled. This place is old and it shows. Water stained ceiling tiles on the 4th floor that looks like mold could be there. The rooms are outdated and have a musty smell to them. They charged a parking fee to my bill on both visits even though I selected no car on the app at checkin. They did remove it when I called the front desk the next day. I would not recommend this hotel when visiting. It is overpriced for the rooms they have.

For service animals..yes
The Courtyard shuttle takes you to Waterfront Park only. The cruise terminal is right on that same walkway and very close. Depends how much luggage you have whether you'd walk it or not.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. The hotel experienced a brief power outage late Saturday evening during a severe thunderstorm. We have two additional lobby elevators that access the parking area.
There was when we were there a few weekends ago......
11 PM (23:00:00) I believe
Not far, you can go out the back of the hotel and walk along the river 10 minutes tops
