Traveled with my daughter to a Convention in Texas and had a few issues with my account once I got back. I went to the bank to get help with that & got helped by a very nice gentleman that now sits in the first office by the front door, sorry guy I’m terrible with names! (Almost thought it was Jason, but I remember that was the guy who left months back) Anyway he was a bit busy and still took a moment to help me he even went further then what I came into the branch for and we got all my banking issues taken care of!! I’ve been with FCB since I can remember! I appreciate you all!!

super good experience I went into cash a check because my bank was not able to cash checks currently. they waived the fee and made my day a little bit better. even though I do not currently bank with them I strongly recommend this branch .!

I have had an account with First Citizens for over 8 years. This branch has by far been the worst experience I have had. I do not want to say that my First Citizen's customer experience as a whole has been bad but my experience on Sam Rittenberg has been very poor. I first came into the branch in mid June because there was a ton of small u recognizeable transactions. They were generally small transactions. I had not used my card in a wewk prior to that and realized it was misplaced the day I went to talk to Alex at the branch. Alex initiated a dispute and said that the whole issue should be resolved in 3 business days. I waited a week and went back only to have him say I need a police report. The officer said they only needed a case number so I called and got a police report and gave First Citizens my number. No one ever followed up. A week later, I followed up and they said I needed to fax in the police report. I faxed in report to the branch. Ive been calling for over 2 weeks to confirm they received and resent to claims center with no return calls from Sandy. I finally got in contact with her this morning and she passes blame on the claims center saying she faxed it a week ago. Claims center still has not received her fax. Very unproffesional to say the least.
