I go here for treats. Since it's close by. I also go to Ariel for grooming and she does a fantastic job with my puppers. I definitely recommend her and recommend this location. They are always so helpful and wonderful.

I took my Beagle, Duke in for bath, brush, nails trimmed. I am very pleased with the young lady that did his service and everyone in this store is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to this location.

Friendliest employees. Especially nightshift! Christian (believe the manager) is the most friendly, helpful individual! Always has great recommendations and advice about my fish tank. 4 stars simply because I'm not super impressed with the way the fish and cats are kept. The flagship store in stow has pristine fish and plants. This store never has healthy plants and regularly has sick fish. Not employees fault for owners lack of training them and not all the employees have little knowledge about fish, just a couple. Otherwise great store!
