I was a new customer. I was asking questions about placing a wing order. I asked prices and flavors of wings. I expressed I was trying them out because I’m new to the area. I ordered 3 flavors of wings and ended up spending over $80 for my order. Only to find out when I went to pick up the order if I only ordered 2 flavors I could have got 20 more wings for same the price. Why wouldn’t they tell me that when I was placing the order. Bad for business. I can’t go back knowing they ripped me off intentionally!

2nd time Trying Big Shot Bob's wings and they to me we awful, NASTY. The wings were over cooked. They were to hard to chew. I cut my gum trying to bite down on 1. The flavors tasted like straight oil not butter, not lemon pepper, not spicy garlic. Just oil. Im disappointed. ☹

It pains me to give three stars only because when they’re done right, there’s no better wings in Pittsburgh. But, quite frankly, the inconsistency takes two stars away. When the regular cook is in, perfect. When kids are working with no oversight, you never know what you’re going to get. They drown, and I mean drown, in sauce and if you have a bed of fries they’re done for. Do people actually like this much sauce? You could sauce six orders. Management needs to know and get people in that care to offer consistency in the product.

Great wing place. Unfortunately cash only so have it ready. The is an atm there though worth a 3.00$ fee. Also the cheese steak and honey BQ wings were pretty good.
