On June 21st at 4:30pm I received Horrible customer service at this location they locked the door early for no reason. I stood outside waiting to get inside to place my order and no one opened the door and when I looked inside to let the employee the white gentleman with a ponytail know he gave me the finger to wait, but never opened the door and I noticed someone inside watching the whole time. Bad business at this location.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible, you’d be better off driving 10 minutes up the road to the Moon location or 15 to the Bridgeville location. Whoever was working the drive thru was horribly rude, talked to me like I was a liar on the “free donut day” when I and my girlfriend both ordered drinks to get the free donuts they only gave us one donut despite asking us for two. Ordered two sourdough breakfast sandwiches and hash browns to go with the order, she handed us a bag with one donut and the hash browns and said have a nice a day and I asked where the sandwiches were and she said I put them in the bag. Showed her the bag and she went oh and then grabbed them from right next to her. Mistakes happen I get it, I then told her about the one donut she said no there’s two, PHYSICALLY HANDED HER THE BAG, she went through it and then said there’s two in there, low and behold I now have one donut and you have one bad review. Never change Aten Road.

Best coffee in years! Simply put ... coffee with cream and sugar is a little slice of heaven!

Gave me an expired apple juice that was for my 2 year old nephew. You can see the build up in the bottle itself. Hard to see expiration in picture but clearly by the color you can tell.
