Arrived 2 hours early. Sign instructs you to park on the street. Plenty of parking, then walk to shipping office in front by awning. There's an excellent trailer style port-a-john that is two bathrooms with sinks, etc. Has a foot step flush system. Really clean. Employees are above professional and very friendly. We were given a dock door and immediately unloaded. This was the July 3rd and a Sunday so even though they may have been short staffed they were really on their game. A great facility and we had no issues. They had us on our way before our appointment even started. Great place overall.

I had an 930 am appointment to Lineage but I didn’t get there until 1130 am , so upper management wouldn’t take anymore late trucks because Memorial Day Weekend. The young lady told me 1st or 2nd shift wasn’t receiving late trucks she said call 3rd shift about 9 pm I call talk to John, he said hold on let me check with manager’s and he came back to the phone and said we will get you unloaded because I told him that I have to get home to Atlanta, for my Son Graduation from College. John, Thank You So Much brother for all you done. John is a Great Guy he deserves compensation for what he does on daily basic! John! God Bless You we need more people like you.

Had an appointment for early AM..the ladies in the office were great... Loretta was especially a big help. Answering all questions and checking my reefer temp and door assignment..easy back in doc's.. Lift operators were fast and professional...thank you Loretta for all your help...

I’ve gone to other lineage logistics sites around the country. Usually I’m there for 6 to 8 Hrs . I’ve had the best luck with this one so far. With that said the guy in front of me got charged $250 for rescheduling and another $250 for not paying the rescheduling fee on time. Wow . I was in and out in 3 1/2 hrs . Thinking I just got lucky . The people at we’re friendly .
