The opening hours is really a issue. Plus not this branch only but BOA in general - if you call them around 3:45pm, they would just put you on hold until 4pm and just hang up on you. Another issue - BOA online website would show up your old closed account which you can still make payment to. If you never found out about that they just take your money. I called to speak with them regarding the payment misapplication issue and then they gave me a "confirmation number" saying it will take 1-3 business days so I thought okay the misapplied payment can be just transferred to the right account. However, after three days no posting of the payment I called again. They said that the request was rejected. Was I told that the request can be rejected? Definitely not. She also said the payment was returned to my checking account. Have I received it? Definitely not. I'll need to call the third time and they may still take extra 10 days of the loan interest just because of their system error. How dare you that you call yourself providing world class service? Shame on you BOA. BTW, you forgot to update your business hours on your website. It still shows your call center open until 8pm but you actually close at 7pm sharp. Update: I called for the third time and BOA's supervisor just won't admit their fault by putting closed account under bill pay and just blame me making the mistake. Also, they asked your consent to record the conversation but they don't give you the consent to record the conversation. He just said the payment was rejected but he wouldn't provide more information on that and asked me to contact my bank. I also tried to contact their Facebook support and just no one is there to help. I don't think they really want to provide the service. They just want your money.

All these banks of America should be completely ashamed of yourself. Not only did you reduce your hours to 4pm which who in America that works a 9am-5pm can make it there in time... but when you do go in after waiting in a 45 min line. Just to get told that you CANT EVEN OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT making an appointment. And then the appointment is set for 15+ days from the day you go in... this is embarrassing. How can u run a business like that. No wonder u guys have so many 1 stars. I'm sure they would rate u 0 stars if they could. You lost my business after this is my 4th trip inside your branch and I still don't have an account. People don't use bank of America.

Go to chase bank they have more tellers
Only thing I can add is if you in a hurry like all of us don't bank with them! I have 2 other banks I deal with!
If you used the app then you should call customer service. I recently tried.
