Not without permission from National Parks and Recreation Dept. It should be easy to obtain the permission though. I have even seen RC boat racing events hosted there.
Yes you can fish at this lake I’ve seen lots of people fishing from the banks here at this lake. They were catching catfish, White Bass, and Panfish & some carp.
Last summer there was a Toxic algae bloom at Decker. Many unsafe items along the shoreline....syringes, condoms, tampons, etc. Be very careful.
