WARNING DO NOT GO HERE I rarely give 1 star reviews, the rating isn't based off one bad experience but two. The first time I came here my appointment was 6.5 hours long. 5pm-11:30pm They did NOT communicate how much solution/dye they were using. The $55 service doubled. The instructor was in their own world. They had their own ideas about what I really wanted. My hair came out like I used a box dye (which would have taken me 30 minutes at home). Since it's a school I thought I'd give it a second chance. I went in today to get my roots done. While I was waiting (for my scheduled appointment to start) I noticed students lolling around and the areas they worked in were dirty and unorganized. I waited 20 minutes and decided to go home. I didn’t want a repeat 5+ hour experience. I think they've had a lot more complaints about the school pricing and services - so they put up a sign that said the difference between a good and bad day is your attitude. I wanted to laugh. Our bad experience at your “salon” isn't because of my our bad attitudes.

Instructor didn’t watch student doing perm and student didn’t allow time needed to process and rinsed and added neutralizer with me laying back in sink and she was short and couldn’t teach other side of my head so I kept leaning to her and when I tried to sit up to get the back rollers she said the solution would go back there from the front and soak them waited 5 min rinsed and took out rods I told her I needed ends cut so she grabbed scissors she opened bottle with trimmed my hair in since took 5 Min and she was done I asked about other side and back she said she got it and walked to her chair covered it with her cape handed me my glasses and said pay up there so I never seen hair and an instructor never looked at it called back and the instructor said she had watched her do the perm and she never cut my hair in sink she cut in at her station and told me I was lying I then went in and asked about a perm and instructor said when did you get a perm last gave her my phone number and she said it’s been 6 months looks like your due for one adv no it’s been 6 days with pink rods and she said I must of washed it or my meds but never taking account it is a student and mistakes can be made and I said I want an appointment to get a hair cut because I didn’t get one and get a consultation and she said what for it was something I did this is a lying no good director there I won’t go back until she is gone

Jim Rigby was amazing! I've never had my hair styled before and have always had the same bland haircut. Jim was able to figure out my weird head shape and hair patterns and made my beard and hair look amazing!
