Front desk won’t tell you anything about the pool then you get in there and half of it is closed of for private lessons and you need to be 17 yrs or older to use the hot tub🤦♂️. Going to see if I can get a refund. Don’t waste your time and find somewhere else. Ice rink is great tho.

I took my little one to the kids play area to hopefully get some energy out since its been such a hot summer. None of the play areas had any of the toys that the pictures online show, apparently they had been removed since covid. There was no basketball for the basketball court, no groceries or play carts in the empty grocery area, no play toys in the play kitchen just the empty kitchen etc. It was really sad to see and I had to walk my son around and try to explain to him why there was nothing to do except the big play gym which is overrun by bigger kids. The toddler area didn't have any toys or blocks. The book are had just empty bookshelves. We weren't told this before we paid the full price to get in super disappointing. Not only was everything empty - it also was very dirty.
I doubt this would happen. They're bursting at the seams as it is. They could build another building, but I'm sure it wouldn't be included with membership just like Acord Ice Center is not included.
Early in the day is always better. Also I've never had them complain about what I've done in the lane. I took my son who is in to waterpolo and he was swimming with the ball while I was just walking by his side giving him pointers and they never said anything to us. I don't really know the best time. But when ever we went around 4, 5, or 6 in the evening they would have all the lanes blocked off even if they were not being used. We only went in the morning once around 10 and it was mostly empty. Hope that helps a little.

Thanks, Becky, for sharing our admission rates. Ashley, we have daily admissions and annual memberships, whichever works best for your situation. Please call us if you have specific questions.
Theres a sign there that children should be accompanied by an adult, however I would recommend calling the front desk and asking what the age restriction is.
It depends on how much supervision the child needs. They do have a daycare that is supervised as well as a whole section of play yard (including climbing, jumping, dress-up, pretend kitchen, etc) which does have 1 or 2 staff but not fully watching the children closely. They also offer some classes the children can take.

Adults are $4.50, students age 12-17 are $3.75, youth age 4-11 are $2.50. Children age 3 and younger are included in an adult admission. Age restrictions apply in several facility areas, including children under age 9 must have an adult in the pool with them.
Do you pay for just one thing or do you play for all of it?.....
Do you pay for just swimming and them have to pay again for the children's play area or can you just changed in to dry clothes and take your child to the play area?
