a very nice senior living apartments all on one story. It is a friendly little community. nice pool and jacuzzi but the jacuzzi breaks down and it takes a month or two to fix. Gym's rather small with only one working bike and no leg equipment, there are two treadmills and some arm and upper back equipment, and the weight bench with weights. they have a nice little country store where you can buy about anything, is open convenient hours. Rent is expensive here, it goes up year after year. Since it is a senior living complex most of us are on a fixed budget and a lot of us have had to move.

This place is nice, but the people who run the office are a joke. Evicting an elderly lady for having her daughter who is also her care giver (licensed LVN) live with her. Tried adding her to lease and apparently they didn't approve and instead decided to evict her. What a freakin joke, but yet totally true.

This is nice senior community it has a salon it's home market store community center it even has a live chess board for the tenants to play in the middle of the Courtyard it's quite interesting it's right off the freeway there plenty of stores around and plenty of things for senior me a things the seniors to do

This place is okay no one bothers with anyone. The only thing that I hate is that they have alot of blackouts. I don't mind it if they turned the lights on right away. It always takes at least more than 12 hours or more to turn on the lights. What about my food in the refrigerator? I was just looking into these shut offs more and its due to high risk fire areas and this is why they do have these blackouts or shut offs. This is something to take into consideration. There goes my Thanksgiving especially my day off from work. Relaxing and a nice netflix movie.

Many are near golf course, as it runs throughout. Mine is right on golf course but not facing it. I walk out my door, turn left and voila! Tonight will be my first night there! 🙂

2 pools. One is Residents only and the other is for guests visiting.
2 dogs but some have 3 , as long as you pay for there rent which is about $50.00 a dog or cats and the weight is about 40 pounds each . They do have a 2 dog parks or areas for dogs not that big but big enough.
I'm paying a thousand &40 a month. Don't think there is one.
