I got my first two cars here way back in the day. This was a great place to get my starter car(s). I got a great deal both times, the cars were in excellent condition (lost the first one in an accident, unfortunately) and the DMV was on site to hand over the pink slip and take care of all proper paperwork. The overall process was an easy (and even fun) experience. My second car lasted 11 years! I gave it to a cousin after I purchased my dream car. She drove it up until a recent accident, but she may go here to get her next car and I will definitely return here if I ever need a new car - it’s way better than paying full price at a dealership. The cars are all in great, working condition and don’t have salvage titles.

DMV states that this place is doing fraudulent deals. I have bought two cars here before with no problem. Do i get rewarded with excellent, caring customer service when there is an issue? Nope. The owner David said " i got your money so its not my problem" that was the first out of many times going down there. This time we werent leaving without answers we had to call the cops just to get ONE simple question answered! And the issue is still not resolved. Cross your fingers when buying from here. Its a SCAM! words from DMV not us. Reports have been filed. We arent going to take this anymore. FYI: while we were waiting two other people with our same problem came up. We have been waiting for 6 months for our title to even drive the car.. one coupld has been waiting 8 months. They have an awful destructive pattern!

Fraud, dont come here horrible people and no service.I cant even get the title to my own car I bought from them. They have me running around for months, going from dmv back to them. Still not resolved, had to get a new car because the cars here are junk.

WE ARE TOLD ALL CARS ARE IN GOOD MECHANICAL SHAPE AND ARE READY TO GO RIGHT OUT THE GATE....LIES!!! DROVE 12 MILES AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. (obviously someone erased trouble codes using a code checker as i am familiar with cars and trouble code removals) CAR HAS OIL LEAKS, FOUR O2 SENSORS BAD, GAS CAP IS BAD, TIRES ARE LEAKY AND WENT FLAT WITHIN A DAY. PAID $3200 FOR A 2007 AURA. BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS GETTING REPAIRED. $1400 BUCKS LATER AFTER PAYING $3200 PLUS AUCTION FEES COMING TO 4150 BUCKS TO DRIVE IT HOME. THEN PLUS 1400 BUCKS IN REPAIRS TOTALING $5550 FOR A CAR VALUED AT 4000 SUPPOSEDLY IN GOOD SHAPE...HAD I KNOWN THAT THESE CARS ARE BASICALLY PATCHED UP TO GET THEM OUT THE GATE, THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT TO COME AND PURCHASE. I WILL NEVER RETURN NOR WILL ANY OF MY FAMILY PURCHASE FROM THIS AUCTION AGAIN. PLUS THE AUCTION OWNER IN THE BLACK MERCEDES IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WHEN HE WAS COMING IN THE GATE. TOLD ME TO "GET OUT OF MY WAY"...HE HAD PLENTY OF ROOM FOR HIS 90k CAR TO PASS ME SAFELY. BAD EXPERIENCE AND VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.

We’re having the same issue. Haven’t received title, contacted DMV and they refer to outside state DMV (where the car came from) and now they’re suggesting to file a claim in court. It’s been hell since July. And the auction phone number doesn’t answer or return calls.
The next auction is on March 11,2018. The auction start at 10:00am.but the day before there's a car inspection from 10:00am-2:00pm.and also you can registering to bid the next day . without the auction card you can't bid or buy a car.
Well my husband & i bought our car from this auction in 2016. U must have DL to purchase a car & also pay cash. After the purchase u wait till they submit all paper work so u sit & wait about 2 hours in the lot & then u get the registration right there so ur car is ready to drive off the lot. U just need 2 put insurance ASAP & the title comes in the mail in less than 1 month. Weve had no problems & we have that same car for almost 2years now & we did get the title in the mail under both of our names. But as with anything everything is always a risk when buying used & what weve learned over the years is every used car will always have some work needed eventually. Personaly weve never bought a new car just cuz its 2 expensive. We always buy used cars. Good luck if u decide 2 go there & god bless.
They do all dmv paperwork on site, and you will receive pink slip in the mail
