I had problems with the a Bosch Microwave I bought at Doyons. Once the problem was diagnosed, a comparable replacement from GE was provided without charge and has worked without problems. The sales and support staff were courteous, helpful and professional. I will happily do business with them in the future. Definitely Recommended.

I’m usually happy to support a local business over a big-box store, even if it costs a little more. So I was very pleasantly surprised with the competitive pricing at Doyon’s Appliance. Not only were they priced very fairly, they also had a really great selection from which to choose. However, what most impressed me and inspired me to leave a review was the service I received. The associate who worked with me (Joey B) very patiently shared his expertise in the area of washers, dryers, and dishwashers (I was in the market for all three… so I had questions). He could easily speak to the different brands, options, specs, and features, and even dispelled some misconceptions I had about certain things. I felt bad asking so many questions, but he reassured me that he was genuinely happy to help me. You simply do not get this level of service from a national chain retailer. Safe to say, I’ll be a customer for life. Thanks Doyon’s!

My family purchased two different brands of washing machines in <1 month that both had manufacturing issues. After the second machine stopped working, I went into the Bedford store and met with the manager whom I believe is Jason. Jason went above and beyond, he got the machine we wanted, but also got an installation booked for two days later. I appreciate the effort you put in for us, if you want excellent customer service Doyon's is the place.

After having several failed attempts by Home Depot to deliver a refrigerator to my second floor kitchen, my sister suggested calling Doyon's Appliance. They were extremely helpful in measuring and making sure that the refrigerator I wanted would fit and they would be able to take the old one away. They sent the A-Team of Arthur and James, to deliver the new refrigerator. It went smoothly and I now am the proud owner of a beautiful refrigerator. Everyone we spoke with from Andy down to the A-Team were very pleasant, helpful and honest about their capabilities. I would definitely call them first and avoid the box stores.

Hi Lianne, We work directly with a couple of plumbers that are licensed to work with gas appliances. There is a cost associated with using our plumbers; who talk directly with our delivery crew to meet at your home to perform the necessary installation. This makes for a seamless delivery an installation when we coordinate with our plumbers versus having your plumber come to your home to disconnect your existing appliance, and than make a second trip once your new appliance has been delivered.
