I am a novice car owner, and I have not been taking care of my car as well as I should! I came in because one of my tires was flat, and I suspected the rest of the tires were probably also due to be replaced. I filled in the form online and checked a bunch of boxes because I wasn't sure what services applied. When I arrived on site, the person at the counter took everything in stride and was able to parse what I was hoping to accomplish -- minimally a fix for the flat tire; and a general inspection to make sure things were in working order. They called in the middle of the day to tell me what my car needed based on their initial assessment -- it did need new tires, after all! -- and the pricing was very reasonable. The person on the phone couched it in an apologetic tone -- they must have to deliver disappointing news all the time! -- but what they laid out was in line with my expectation. They were able to get the car back to me in time for me to pick up my daughter from daycare, which was a pleasant surprise! In general, everyone I spoke to was super friendly and did a good job of explaining things. Something I also appreciated was that, naturally, there were a bunch of add-ons that I could get, and after the initial explanation and the offer for a pamphlet, they were not pushy at all! I will happily go to Sullivan Tire in Bedford, MA, again should my car need anything!

The folks in Bedford have been incredibly helpful, friendly and prompt in helping me get my car back on the road. Due to my low profile tires and the horrible pot holes, I keep needing tire service. Thanks to the Sullivan Tire staff, I was able to drop my car off over the weekend, and have it back on the road Monday morning. Thank you!

I took my car in for tire rotation and balance, but not long after I had a wobble and shimmy in the front end over 60 MPH. I took it back for tire balancing, which they claimed to have done but I still had wobble. Fast forward until my next service at a different shop and the issues are resolved. The only conclusion is that they took my car, charged me for service, and did nothing. Thanks guys.

While there are many positive aspects of Sullivan’s tires, and I have used this location for many years, the service is unreliable to the point that I have decided I can no longer bring my cars here. First the positive: it has an old-timey family-like feel. The building is a bit run down and the waiting area is simple, but in a quaint kind of way (what you’d expect from a tire store that has been around for a long time). In general, the staff is nice and seems knowledgeable. The negative: it has been difficult to get appointments here and when I am able to schedule them, they typically cannot address even simple issues in a timely fashion. They expect you to leave the car and come back at the end of the day (when I’ve asked to wait, they indicate that they are too busy to get to the car at the time that was scheduled). Even after leaving the car, they don’t always get to it on the same day as the appointment. I left my car for a 9am appointment (tire was leaking and I suspected corrosion on the rim) and I called at 4:30pm and it still wasn’t done. I had to pick it up without getting my issue addressed. When I did, the man at the desk indicated that more and more they aren’t able to address all of the cars that are scheduled on a given day. I’ve ultimately decided that I need to find a place with more reliable service.

Masks are required. Staff had excellent compliance, and were wearing them correctly. There are also screens to separate staff and customers. I felt very safe.
