Small-town feel and lots of choices. a range of classes and equipment is good quality and plentiful. No running out of weights or space. nice shower and changing area. BYO lock. they have a separate spin studio and separate multi-purpose studio with lots of windows. separate weightlifting area and TRX resistance. space to also do stretch and lots of cross trainers. a decent sized lobby with a few comfy couches and tables with wifi. separate massage/ physio space (I've not used that). Management is responsive.

I have had memberships at several gyms over the years and Summit Bedford compares favorably to every place I have been to. Tu put it simply, I do not have anything negative to say about it. It definitely has a high-end boutique feeling to it, the facility is always extremely clean and the staff is both friendly and professional. Their monthly membership gives you a lot of flexibility, since you are not tied up for a full year. The equipment is top-notch and you never have to wait for a treadmill, a machine or a shower. I have also tried personal training there and was fully satisfied. Overall, I strongly recommend this place.

Before a class, make sure to have eaten a solid meal with some water at least an hour prior. Come to class with clothing you’re comfortable moving and sweating in!
CrossFit is exactly how we get in shape! CrossFit is designed to meet you wherever you’re at. Even if you’ve never worked out in your life, we tailor the workouts to suit your skill level and work our way up from there!
We can work around any injury or personal limitation to get you the workout you want. CrossFit includes so many different movements that we are always able to find a way to get you to sweat and have a great time!
Any sport is dangerous if it’s done improperly. One of the things that sets CrossFit apart from other athletic pursuits is that you always have a coach looking out for you. We watch your form and give guidance on how to tailor the workouts for yourself and absolutely do not pressure you to do anything unsafe. As we always say: go light and do it right!
Nope! You’re more than welcome to jump right into our classes if you’re an experienced CrossFit athlete. But, even if you are, we would still love to give you a free one-on-one session with our fantastic coaches!
Our Elements class is free with your first month of membership and is designed to teach you the basic movements performed in our CrossFit classes. They are scheduled either as one-on-one or with up to three of your friends. In addition to teaching you the basic movements, we take the time to answer any questions you might have to make sure you’re comfortable for your first day!
Your first class at CrossFit 600 is FREE! Any drop in after that is just $20
Hi David, thank you for your interest in our club. The membership cost is $69 per month, which includes the use of the entire facility and all classes. There are no sign up fees.
