Dear friends at Right at Home Thank you for taking such good care of Joan McNaught in the final year of her life and helping her to remain and die in her own home as was her wish. You were more than patient and understanding as I relayed her many requests and a few stubborn demands to you and you were always most gracious and accommodating. I really can't thank you enough. It is a stressful journey for any family and you made it bearable. I believe we have a few things to return to Right at Home and will make arrangements soon to return them Again please accept our deepest appreciation from the family of Joan McNaught. Tom McNaught

I began with Right at Home over 5 years ago. They have gone beyond expectations with training and communication. This Right at Home has highly trained and educated supervisors that go above and beyond what is needed. I’m not going to lie and say, I’ve never been called in the office and been corrected. Because I have, more than once. However; my drive to learn and succeed allows me to change a behavior to give the best care to every client I meet. Thankful to the tiring hours the staff puts into every single day, so that their caregivers shine.

What a blessing Suzanne has been for my dad. Right at Home found the perfect caregiver for my father. She’s caring, efficient and keeps him on schedule! Right at Home keeps all of us the loop with any concerns they have – communication has been excellent. Flexibility is important and they have worked with us right from the beginning. All dealings with Right At Home people from nurses, schedulers, billing etc. has been wonderful. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Right at Home to friends.

I worked with them for 7 months. They never ONCE gave me full time hours like so forth said they would. I averaged 32 hours every 2 weeks. I’d be lucky to get 20 hours in one week if I picked up extra cases. They are very unorganized. Also they don’t properly train employees. Barely ever send out a nurse when you have new client. They don’t communicate with their employees or clients. They don’t give a detailed care plan for the employees online access port. They are just a bad company. I highly do not recommend them.
