Guard shack employees are very polite and are doing their best. Loading/Unloading is a different issue. Check 0645. Dropped trailer for loading 0700. Loaded at 0940. Got bills at 1030. And by talking to other drivers, I was one of the lucky ones. Scales on sight, which is a positive.

Absolutely the worst facility I have ever dealt with! picked up a load on 06/10 and tried to deliver. product shipped was wrong product and had to be taken back. Was told to drop trailer at Rialto facility and would take 24 hrs to unload. Trailer was dropped on 06/1720 and still trying to get my trailer back on 06/24/20. They say they are overwhelmed with returns and have not been able to get to my trailer yet. Sounds to me like they need new warehouse management. They are also refusing to allow my in to access my trailer. Avoid this place at all costs.

Maybe..i had mostly drop and hook..sometimes load wasnt ready.
