Information is on page 12 of the new activity guide. If you didn't get a guide in the mail you can go to the Recreation Center off of Elm and Ash St.
I couldn't find any information about a New Year's Eve dance in AG. The combined 5 Cities recreation flyer doesn't list anything. You can always call Arroyo Grande rec department weekdays.
