Walked in with my baby, and waited to ask a question. Two employees were in a conversation so I waited, they turned around and asked me what I needed as if I were interrupting their free time. I then proceeded to ask if they had a restroom I could use, as to which they said no. I responded with “oh, I thought you used to.” The lady employee responded with “yeah used to. we no longer have a public restroom.” They we’re very rude and I felt as if they scoffed me off after she answered me. All I had to do was use the restroom and was intending on shopping afterwards. Now I won’t be coming back to shop ever.

I like to come shopping and see happy employees enjoying their job providing acceptable customer service well not in today’s case. I went in today to simply take a passport photo and be on my way then I happened to deal with Rory from the front. I don’t know how you feel buddy but if you are NOT happy then you shouldn’t be doing the job you are doing. No type of caring at all.
