Awesome place. They took me in for 90 day program. My counselor new I would need more time because I had a lot of issues to still deal with and I needed more counseling. She got me approved for 90 days more.

I have just completed the 90 day program here at Cedar House!! I more than highly recommend Cedar House!! The staff are "Real People ", that have been through it themselves, so they understand what I was going through when I arrived. They are very caring, and did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, within their power to make me comfortable. I have been to other rehabs, including the "ritzy rehabs ", and absolutely none of them made me more comfortable than Cedar House. Besides having experienced all the bad times that addicts/alcoholics face, the staff is very well educated. The detox was very comfortable. I want to thank my case manager, Chris A., and the staff at Cedar House!! You changed my life in such a beautiful, positive way!! Michael R., you're the bomb!! Was there a short 7 days. It was a pleasant experience they made everything very easy. It took time to get a bed. After that they took me in and helped me from the start. Great staff good energy. No bad vibes. Everyone helped me out when I was at a all time low. This was 8 months ago

CEDAR HOUSE IS ONE OF THE BEST REHAB .... IT FOCUSES ON YOU STAFF ARE GREAT.
I can just say that Cedar House is best for detox. No pain at all and you will be feeling great after that.
Try calling cedar house and ask for more information about if they have any beds..its a very great place to change..
I dont know how i was able to get a bed back then that was over 20 years ago. But i know if you need a 7 day detox try calling Tarzana Treatment Center. They are very helpful and work with man rehabs that require you to have a min of 7 days clean time. Dont worry they are not only located in Tarzana, they have many offices in the sgv, los angeles, sfv, and others. I wish you luck on your journey, and my hats off to you for reaching out and asking. They only have 140 beds. The need in this area is huge, especially during the cold season. Their waiting list is quite long but once your on it you have a shot at getting in. The reason you have to continue to call back is to 1) keep your name on the list and 2) show them that you still need a bed. Addicts are very impulsive and they change their minds about treatment once their situation improves OR they sometimes get a bed somewhere else and don't bother calling to remove their name from the list. Bottom line is, if you want to change your life you need to be willing to go to any length to recover. You will not be pampered or catered to in treatment. You must at least be willing to put the same effort in getting clean as you do getting loaded. Good luck and my prayers are with you.
They do accept mail for the residents, and the residents can also respond to your mail, they do not read the mail, and all you need is the patient's full name and the address to Cedar House: 18612 Santa Ana Ave. Bloomington, CA.92316 *Just know that if you were a patient in the last Three months, and you're writing someone of the opposite sex, that person you are writing will get in trouble for fraternizing, i don't know the rules to same sex mail correspondence, but i don't believe it's a problem.
Your friend does not have his/her phone while in treatment and does not need money for anything during his/her stay with us. You can certainly send money electronically so that he/she can access it once he/she completes the program.
2 people in each room. No wifi for clients. Clients do not keep their phones while in treatment.

They do accept both men and women but they do not allow contact between men and women everything is done seperately. So a couple can go and they would see each other in the cafeteria and meeting hall but would be sitting on seperate sides and not able to speak to ome another.

In our Maple House women with Children Program, typically up to 5 or 6, but it is determined on a case by case basis. We have taken moms with children as old as 9 or 10....it really depends. How old is the child you would like to bring?

Colton Clinical Services is a wonderful methadone clinic.
They would like the person to have a couple of days sober. However when i went i was under the influence. This place have me a life. I never had one before. They will have a dry out period. You have a better chance of taking that person down there and waiting with them in the lobby. Its a great place. If its an emergency MFI in Riverside is also a good place.
