I think you should have insurance. It's costly procedure.
Their receptionists are nice and I believe they would connect you with the appropriate specialist, who could then tell you about their programs and costs. At that point, if it doesn't seem like a good fit, especially with distance and location, I have seen that they have lists of other facilities, which then they could use to refer you. Best of luck.
