This place is wonderful ! Super kind & helpful staff. Totally thought i vacuumed up one of my air-pods & two staff members, Gabriel & Edwin, were so quick to help me & reassure me that we would find it ! Turns out i didn’t vacuum it up , however if i had i would have known that i was in good hands. Excellent staff :)

Good place for a quick car wash. It can get pretty busy and some people spend an hour drying and vacuuming their cars. Not the best car wash but sufficient if you go there often enough.

Definitely the best soapy joes location I’ve been to. The staff is always on point, working hard to help customers pay for their wash and lead cars onto the racks. All staff is very attentive.

I purchased car washes for a year, but couldn’t find my receipt. Anthony, the store manager at Soapy Joe’s, San Marcos helped me find the information I needed. He offered to call customer service to request that they credit my account with the car washes that I had not been able to use. I appreciate this. Our family brings all four cars to the San Marcos location. We think this is a good value with good service.

Nope. I have bare spots where my red paint used to be - which is the reason I canceled my subscription. :/
I called and asked them. They offer same-day rewash. If it has gone to the next day you have to repay. Though I do the $15 a month deal. Just 2 washes a month and I'm saving money.
Yes, as stated above. Go to the website to cancel. Take a picture of the sticker on your window for your acct#. Be aware that they will charge you for another month if you cancel within 7 days of your renewal date.
Yes. After the touchless wash you have the option to pull into one of the parking slots to vacuum your car.
Depends on the severity of the buildup. At this point however, since it has become visibly noticeable to you, I would recommend that you degrease your engine from the top, down!
I showed my new Tesla Model X P100D with the optional low profile 22" wheels & tires to the manager at the Soapy Joe's in San Marcos, CA; and he said it would be fine. However, I haven't taken the Tesla through an automated tunnel wash yet. However, I do take my other vehicles with smaller wheels & bigger side walls to Soapy Joe's routinely.
