Modern shot for Dad, worked out well and we just had some problems getting down the street with wheelchair, concrete sidewalk was rough getting to parking spot. Still even though only four people ahead of us, was quite a wait but no bother really. Good service. Get those shots and booster vaccines people! It will be good for you in the long run. No problems that way, we're in this together.

Prescribed a medicine on 7/8/21. Rejected by insurance on 7/9/21. Clinic did not answer my calls. Went to clinic and asked for different medicine that is covered by insurance. Instead they sent the same prescription again to the insurance. Got rejected again on 7/16/21. Insurance company gave a list of medicines that is covered. Clinic never answered my phone. Went clinic again. Was told that it has to be looked by the doctor. I gave a copy of the letter from insurance company. The funny thing is when i was in the clinic lobby, i called the clinic to see if they answer my phone but they did not. There were three ladies in the front desk with one customer. I asked why they didn’t answer my call, the lady who served me said “we’re sorry” . It’s 4:30pm - Friday today 7/30/21. It’s nearly a month with pain and without medicines. I am really tired of them.

Such a beautiful gratifying contrast to money grubbing sadists that destroy mouths and systemic health. DA Luz is phenomenal in detailed accomodating care. DDS Hall and DMD Shimane demonstrate excellence in knowledge, education, competency, and implementation. Thank you. The enrollment and appointments are not the best. You must be willing to put your health first and sacrifice time, money, opportunities. Well worth it for me.
